The VP Education performs the duties of the President if she is unable to serve. |

The VP Standards advises and educates individual chapters on all Panhellenic and University policies with the Director of Risk Management. She also coordinates Executive Board elections each year. |

VP Membership serves as the head of the Panhellenic Recruitment Team and is responsible for overseeing the Recruitment Counselor program, publicity, registration, budget, and technology for Recruitment. The VP membership also coordinates Recruitment Chair Roundtables and oversees chapters’ menus, inventories, skits, and fall programming. |

As recording secretary of PHA, the VP Administration manages four listservs and creates agendas for Executive Board and General Panhellenic meetings. The VP Administration is a liaison between the Executive Board and delegates, presidents, and members of the general Panhellenic community. |

The VP Programming also sits on the Homecoming Executive Board. She also oversees the social chair roundtable. |

She plans and organizes workshops, programs, and speakers for the Panhellenic community on risk management issues including eating disorders, binge drinking, alcohol and drug use and abuse, etc. The Director of Risk Management is also in charge of planning risk management programming for all Panhellenic sponsored events, including Dillo Day and Gone Greek Night. |

She builds a strong faculty relationship and implements faculty appreciation programming. The Director of Academics and Services also holds Philanthropy round tables once per quarter and maintains a calendar of all sorority Philanthropy events. She plans philanthropic events for the Executive Council and promotes cross-council participation. |

The Director of PR also writes press releases to inform the Northwestern and Evanston communities of the accomplishments of the Panhellenic and Greek Community. |
