Kate Butler View Bio	President KathrynButler2007@u.northwestern.edu The President is responsible for the overall operation of the Panhellenic Council. The President presides over Panhellenic meetings, President’s roundtables, joint Panhellenic/IFC meetings, serves as an ex-officio member of all committees, and an official member of the Panhellenic Recruitment Team. The President is a liaison between Panhellenic and IFC, NPHC, and MGC; and maintains constant communication with all other officers and support their endeavors. She also works closely with all OFSL advisors on both Panhellenic and Greek community programs and issues.
Meg Power View Bio	VP Education meganpower2011@u.northwestern.edu The VP Education works on a variety of different educational programming events. She coordinates and plans Winter Leadership Conference, holds New Member Educator training and/or roundtable discussions, facilites New Member Panhellenic, and plans Grand Chapter (quarterly educational programming for the Panhellenic Community). The VP Education performs the duties of the President if she is unable to serve.
Caitlin McElwrath View Bio	VP Standards cbmcelwrath@u.northwestern.edu The VP Standards revises the Panhellenic Constitution and Bylaws as often as needed. The VP Standards is the Chairman for the Standards Board and arranges meetings of the board once per quarter. She also chairs Standards Board hearings. The VP Standards advises and educates individual chapters on all Panhellenic and University policies with the Director of Risk Management. She also coordinates Executive Board elections each year.
Amanda Chen View Bio	VP Membership amandachen2007@u.northwestern.edu The VP Membership coordinates all recruitment and recruitment related programming, such as events for prospective students, fall programming for potential new members (Kickoff, Preview, etc.), and Code of Ethics seminars. VP Membership serves as the head of the Panhellenic Recruitment Team and is responsible for overseeing the Recruitment Counselor program, publicity, registration, budget, and technology for Recruitment. The VP membership also coordinates Recruitment Chair Roundtables and oversees chapters’ menus, inventories, skits, and fall programming.
Sam Turner View Bio	VP Administration SamanthaTurner2007@u.northwestern.edu The VP Administration is responsible for maintaining up-to-date financial records, creating an annual budget, and supervising reimbursements, payments, fund transfers, and the collection of dues. As recording secretary of PHA, the VP Administration manages four listservs and creates agendas for Executive Board and General Panhellenic meetings. The VP Administration is a liaison between the Executive Board and delegates, presidents, and members of the general Panhellenic community.
Rachel Garrison View Bio	VP Programming RachelGarrison2007@u.northwestern.edu The VP Programming is responsible for planning and executing Panhellenic and all-Greek events and working with relevant parties to ensure that the Greek Awards, Greek Week, Gone Greek Night, Maysing and other programming activities (tailgates, restaurant deals, sports games, etc.) are well-organized, inclusive, and university appropriate. The VP Programming also sits on the Homecoming Executive Board. She also oversees the social chair roundtable.
Kirstin Nordhaus View Bio	Director of Risk Management KirstinNordhaus2007@u.northwestern.edu The Director of Risk Management organizes quarterly risk management training for the member chapters of the Panhellenic and observes the corresponding individual chapter risk management training. She plans and organizes workshops, programs, and speakers for the Panhellenic community on risk management issues including eating disorders, binge drinking, alcohol and drug use and abuse, etc. The Director of Risk Management is also in charge of planning risk management programming for all Panhellenic sponsored events, including Dillo Day and Gone Greek Night.
Alix Hallen View Bio	Director of Academics and Services AlixandraHallen2011@U.northwestern.edu The Director of Academics and Services holds scholarship round tables at least once per quarter. She builds a strong faculty relationship and implements faculty appreciation programming. The Director of Academics and Services also holds Philanthropy round tables once per quarter and maintains a calendar of all sorority Philanthropy events. She plans philanthropic events for the Executive Council and promotes cross-council participation.
Alice Lin View Bio	Director of Public Relations alice-lin@northwestern.edu The Director of Public Relations maintains a working relationship with the public relations chairs from all chapters and councils. She oversees all Panhellenic websites and calendars, updates a quarterly calendar of events, makes banners for events, and coordinates flyering map assignments for PHA sponosred events. The Director of PR also writes press releases to inform the Northwestern and Evanston communities of the accomplishments of the Panhellenic and Greek Community.
